3 speed gearbox lid - Monsdonnet - 07-12-2021
I am working to get my 1930 Mulliner saloon back on the road for next year.
Sadly the 3 speed gearbox lid is cracked and broken around the 'ball' part with some bits missing. I would therefore like to find a replacement, preferably with the first gear position bottom left rather than bottom right.......... ah ...... memories of finding the girlfriends knee rather than first gear .......... accidentally of course....!!!!
Can anyone help.... with the lid not the girlfriend......

So that is why you swapped from a Bedelia to a Seven.

Hi,
I took a look as thought I had what your after, sure enough I do have 1 with Reverse /First on the left.
If your still in need then would be willing to sell if it helps as our 7s are either gate or R/H 1st and R.

Chris, is that top (1st/R left) you mention marked with I, J or K as part of the serial number please?
