Used to have an LP of his commentary on the TT with Hailwood winning on a Honda IIRC....breathless wasn't in it!

The world is now a poorer place, where would we be without those murryisms ? The originator of the commentators curse, Loved and will be missed by many. "Those that can, do , Those that can't talk about it."

He just was F1. The enthusiasm, especially when I learnt that he regularly commentated from a studio in the UK due to BBC budgets, was just infectious, a true one off.
