As above, I have renewed my Insurance with RH but cannot see any mention of recovery in the policy, has this been dropped since they have been taken over?

I can confirm that the RH policy wording (underwritten by ERS since 1991)includes UK/European breakdown recovery - including home service - is included as standard.
If anyone would like to review a copy of the current policy wording it can be found on the RH website.
In the meantime, the emergency breakdown helpline - in case needed - is 0800 783 3280.
