why do you say "interesting" out of interest?

That link doesn't work unless you have a Facecloth account, which I haven't.

it's had a two tone paint job and a hideous interior, and earlier starter. Plainly an older "restoration". Oh, and a 7k plate apparently. :-)

Easy to get one - and, of course, you don't have to use it, just click if you wish the odd links to it that come up in the forum. It is very handy for following pictures and questions that come up - and there's a free "Marketplace" where you can get rid of your junk and be amused by some of the wishful-thinking adverts. There are also several A7 groups, including ones from the United States.
Here's one for the grandchildren (just around the corner) and another one to smile at, advertisng a chassis and classified as "Wrong on every account":

..it also has the now-famous "Betts'-style-all-original-radiator-muff".

I suppose in the context (if you can get to the full entry) of the seller's description and the car's fit, finish and originality. Taking a positive note, the caravan-towing 4-speed box appears to be neatly fitted.

Here's the (theoretical) full rig. 4-speed gearbox compulsory.

Interesting in that it can tow such a big caravan!

The wonders of photoshop.
