ARP bolts - leaf200 - 04-04-2020

I am having issues with some ARP looking bolts on some Conrods they are marked AS 24 120 E.

Does anyone know what ARP bolts should be used on Phoenix rods and where I can purchase a set.

Thanks

David

I had to identfy some conrod bolts so see photo, there is an ARP site on line.  Terry.

Those in the three engines I have with Phoenix rods are all ARP 2000 as in Terry's photo, David. Earliest rods are, probably, from about 2007, latest Spring 2019.

That picture is really useful. Is the torque setting the same for Barlow bolts?

Thanks

David

Make sure they're really the right ones.
I can't remember what was on the head of these but it wasn't ARP

Original ordinary Seven bolts are a very neat fit in drillings. What locates the rod halves with the waisted bolts? has anyone access to a hardness tester to establish what tensile strength originals are?

Depends whose rods Bob but they all are dowelled one way or another. Can’t do a photo all my rods are in engines perhaps someone can oblige.
