Speedometer Cable Thread Size - Jamie - 10-03-2020 Does anyone know the following sizes relating to an Austin Seven speedometer? The size of the thread on spigot on the speedometer where the cable screws onto The outside diameter of the spigot The size of the square on the end of the cable I wish to make a ratio reduction gearbox and knowing this detail would help. (Apologies, just re-read the question! 3/4" BSB is the external thread on the brass fitting at the gearbox end to which the cable attaches.
