Photo Request - Upturned Chassis - Adam Brown - 29-01-2020 Does anyone have a photo of a regular chassis upturned that shows the fitting of the axles, springs, shocks etc? We're just putting one back together and a photo would be most useful just to jog memories! RE: Photo Request - Upturned Chassis - Robert Leigh - 29-01-2020 I haven't got a photo, but the parts lists on the archive site show most of what you need, and you can select the parts list for the date of your chassis. Robert Leigh RE: Photo Request - Upturned Chassis - Hedd_Jones - 30-01-2020 Adam, given my GE cup is hanging off the roof, I'll go and take you a ruck on Saturday if you like RE: Photo Request - Upturned Chassis - Adam Brown - 30-01-2020 That would be grand! RE: Photo Request - Upturned Chassis - Dutch-Ulster rep - 30-01-2020 Found this one on the Austin Seven facebook page! RE: Photo Request - Upturned Chassis - Mike Costigan - 30-01-2020 Looks like a Morris Eight to me! RE: Photo Request - Upturned Chassis - Tony Press - 30-01-2020 Looks like an accident to me ! RE: Photo Request - Upturned Chassis - Charles P - 31-01-2020 Looks like a crap way to change the oil to me RE: Photo Request - Upturned Chassis - John Cornforth - 31-01-2020 Looks like a result of using those new-fangled hydraulic brakes ! Should have stuck to using Sir Herbert's bakelite shoe cable operated ones which are much safer because they won't lock. RE: Photo Request - Upturned Chassis - Colin Morgan - 31-01-2020 Photos of the underside of a Seven seem rare. This one has seen better days: |
