I agree there must be millions of $$$$ in these places.
This one had some exceptional advertising.
Talking of pickers.
We stopped on our way threw this morning, it wasn't realy worth doing. As I have already bought a new tea mug, and plenty of shirts.
The rest was for show, or tatt.
Heading east now for hershey, eventually. As its 8 1/2 hours drive tomorrow to Pittsburg.

Of course, when you get to Pennsylvania, you could go to Bird in Hand, which (if you're lucky) leads you on to Intercourse and then, finally, Paradise..
But it may not be that sort of road trip... :o)

Here is a must for anyone traveling in Pennsylvania.
We tried to get here last year, but got lost etc.
This is kinzua bridge.
It was half destroyed in a rouge twister.
And is now being used as a view point in the state part.
It's all free, and gets a 10 in my book.

Enjoy your entries. I always find the travel observations of non standard individuals much more interesting than the stock tourist fare.
On the American Pickers TV programme I have been surprised at the low prices of very useable vintage cars. Very opposite applies to old motor cycles. Unrestored cars in US often seem very reasonable. Was any price implied for the complete but very tired Bantam saloon?
The fallen viaduct interesting. Most of the viaducts here were built early 20th century and are to same pattern.
(anyone interested in Sevens is inherently non standard!)

The saloon had $7,750 on it.
There was a simular condition two seat open, I can't find again. "Argh" priced $8,750
The black open is $20,000
There is also a red open I can't fond. "Argh" that had $22,00
But outside the seven world, there are plenty of very cheap looking cars.
