MyBB? - Chris KC - 10-10-2018

What's with the "MyBB" thing?
Does it need to take up quite so much of the screen?

As of today I have difficulty with login as the user name / password box appears just off the bottom of (my) screen at lower left and I can't see or therefore click on the fields to complete them. I managed to work around it by going full screen but hopefully that's not the future...?

RE: MyBB? - Timothy P - 10-10-2018

Hello Chris,
Interesting, I haven't noticed anything unusual on my PC.
I just checked on my phone and the 'friends' banner is replaced with the mybb logo, but not in a size that it gets in the way of anything.
Is it a new problem, if so how long have you been experiencing it? What device are you using to view the forum?
If you could post a screenshot of what you're seeing that would help also.

What screen resolution are you using ?

RE: MyBB? - Chris KC - 10-10-2018

Timothy, only today. Viewing on my desktop PC at home.

Bob, screen res is 1280 x 1024

p.s. What's MyBB anyway?

RE: MyBB? - Any old user - 10-10-2018

It's the underlying Bulletin Board software.
It wouldn't let me login so I had to create a temporary second identity

Clearly trouble at mill.

Me too as well also ! (PC with Windows 7 and 10)

I always stay logged in and just open each morning- hadn't noticed this MyBB thing until you mentioned it !!

Ah! Ha! we have a new Friends Page !!! (I must say it looks very good- thank you management !)

Is this the cause- the Forum 'gateway' still shows the old format but leads to the 'new' BB !!!
