5/32 BSW and 3/16BSF are almost identical. Same TPI, same pitch, same thread angle (55degrees)
Thread depth & radius are different ,so if tapping a hole you need a 0.12" hole (#31 drill or 3.1mm) for BSW.
For 3/16BSF a 0.1562 hole (5/32" or3.9mm drill)
