Move to Stockport where the recycling center takes old tires at no cost, they have their own cage which always has a few in.

For what it's worth, I fitted a pair of 3.50 x 19s to the RP in January this year. According to the sidewall dates they were made in Jan 23 and March 23. So one was already a year old when fitted. (not that I had noticed)

Sometimes more information is just more to worry about...
