Hint: Having trouble getting the "save as...."  dialog box to save the Word File above to your local computer? Getting a new frame with junk in it instead? This can be a problem with some Netscape versions.... Just use the 'Back' button to get back to this screen and try holding the 'Shift' key down when you click the desired link. Win95/98/NT/me/2000/XP users can also right mouse button click on the selected link and use the "Save Link As...."   (or "Save Target As...." in IE 4 or greater browsers) option to achieve the same result.
