Ignition vs. Throttle levers
#1
Hi All, I have just removed my steering wheel on my Ulster Rep. Of course, it required removing the lower steering box control levers. Looking at the are parts list on page 42, I see that the shorter lever, BM 143 is for the ignition and BM  59 is for the throttle. 59 appears longer and 143 appears shorter. As I removed them, they were opposite, the longer being for the ignition and the shorter for the throttle. Am I missing something here?

Unfortunately it seems pretty much in line with everything else you have reported about the car Erich, but it is a special so perhaps the builder had something in mind we fail to understand.

Hi Erich

Definitely the wrong way round UNLESS you want to advance the ignition by 90 degrees!   Big Grin.
