Crikey! Where is the engine ? Looks like a heart by-pass operation without stopping the car.

Where is the radiator mounted now? That looks like the intercooler in the radiator shell and the water hoses go off into the firewall?

YES , no radiator , water tank behind driver , water pump near tank ..  water from tank in 3/4" hose , return 5/8" to give resistance to flow .. Water also goes to turbo for cooling and to rear of block at valve area .. wATER FROM TURBO RETURNS TO (Y) FITTING ..   More pics coming ..  STEVE

Looks great. Is that an oil pressure accumulator in the bottom of the first and second photos -just wondered what the thinking is if so?

Hadley crank / rods ,,  oil press. from gear internal pump  comes out rear oil line joining oil from electric Nascar Differential pump under  large RED  Nascar oil screen (100  micron)  filter plumbed from ali. pan (sump)  together go to crank feed (cut off screw on filter timing cover) with T fitting going to oil gauge to get reading of crank feed oil pressure (most important) ... One front oil feed goes to Turbo and back down to oil breather tube , second front oil feed goes to valve chamber cover and center cam bushing .  I turn elect. pump on to prime engine before start up .  STEVE

.jpg   DSCN2703 - Copy.JPG (Size: 121.77 KB / Downloads: 360) [attachment=6549][attachment=6549]Tuning is coming along great , went up to 30# injectors so it's getting enough fuel now .  Programming the fuel , timing and boost map is coming  along good .  Boost is at 5# , comes on about 4500 rpm.  The close ratio trans helps with keeping  in the boost range , I shift about 7000 .  Having good oil pressure is mandatory , 70# at front timing cover to crank , 25# to turbo ..  Went to drag strip for some safe tuning space , 3 rd gear at 6800 rpm showed 67 mph.  I have a MG Midget rear to go in with 4:22 ratio , will replace 5:25 Bantam rear . It will have hydraulic brakes which will be nice for stopping ..  Exhaust and turbo ceramic coated for heat retention .. More lava wrap on exhaust coming to keep heat away from intake and fuel ..   STEVE

Well the Bantam with Austin 7 engine is still doing fine , ran at Bonneville Salt Flats with 82 MPH .  Still won't pull 3rd and 4th gear yet , so working on new cam profile with 112 / 114  lobe split to be built .  Going to alcohol next year so will step up injectors to 55# .. There some other updates in the works , oil line reroute ,  maybe water entering head first , it goes in at 2 spots on head plus front and back of block on port side ..  Head gasket is now solid copper , seals better and reusable , block to crankcase gasket steel and reusable .  There are 2 studs from bottom of block to top of crankcase on cam side to help secure they stay together     STEVE
