With the plates between the chassis and the side panels fitted I find our RNs get quite toasty in winter, but don't forget to remove them in summer.

I dont think mine have ever been off my RL Dave. Im not even sure they came off when I did the bodywork. The ones off the RP are in the shed. Same goes for the ones off the chummy.

Plastic bags are my winter warmer recommendations.

Plastic bags worn over ones shoes and lower legs. This prevents the draft from the pedal holes through the floor blowing up ones trouser legs.

Ah if you have those plates fitted it is a nice warm draught coming up around the pedals. Like Hedd I open the window on the lee side for demisting.
