I have a friend who started an Austin Seven special project some years ago: a DANTE CLUBMAN, but health issues have prevented him from completing it. He was a friend of the designer, the late Robin Read of Dante Engineering in Luton, and jumped at the opportunity to build a Clubman in tribute to his old friend when an original unused body became available. He gathered together most of the essential components before he became incapacitated, including a newly built A7 engine by Andy Storer, chassis, wheels etc. and many DANTE cast items, and is now looking for a likeminded enthusiast to take over and complete the project - perhaps as a Historic 750 Formula race car. The car is presently in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire. Attached are further details.
