OK WiandeV, so what does yours have, is it an RN or RP?

RE: 1932 Saloon Restoration - WiandeV - 04-03-2019

RN, After some research that is what I have.

A RN with rear tank and 4 speed box.

RE: 1932 Saloon Restoration - Dave Mann - 04-03-2019

If it has the original transmission tunnel you will find the body number stamped in 1/2" high digits behind the handbrake cover, the cover usually covers the number. See photo below

Dave - I presume that also shows the RN letter prefix in the row above too?

RE: 1932 Saloon Restoration - Reckless Rat - 04-03-2019

Thats actually my RP but I presume the RNs were similarly stamped.

RE: 1932 Saloon Restoration - WiandeV - 05-03-2019

Thanks I will have a looksy.

RE: 1932 Saloon Restoration - Dave Mann - 05-03-2019

Thanks Reckless, it's a good photo for this purpose. Yes WiandeV above (or in front) of the numbers is the body designation letters RN in your case.

RE: 1932 Saloon Restoration - Dave Mann - 12-03-2019

Did you find the number?
