It's certainly a coachbuilt model, but I suspect not an Arrow; it looks to be brand new but does not display the Arrow symbol on the radiator core which I believe was standard fitting on all Arrows.

Apart from the shape of the front wings does it not look like an early Opal two seat tourer? Unusual to see bottom mounted windscreen wipers too.

YY is a London registration first issued in September 1932 - due to the records being allegedly destroyed during the blitz there's no indication of what month 1420 was issued.

According to Glass's Guide, the YY issue ran from September to November 1932, so 1420 is almost certainly going to date from September.
