Out and about. The travels of our 1938 Austin7 - 1938austin7 - 22-05-2018
Here I will compile photos and videos of the Austin 7 out in the wilderness as opposed to tucked up safely in the garage with bits missing.
The first video is our most recent trip and the longest since restoration. 80 miles. I know some of you may laugh but it was a big adventure for me and my daughters.

80 year old Austin seven was a hit at our school Fete car show. One of my daughters (9 year old) took on the job of showing people the restoration booklet and telling them about the history of the car. She also let selected kids sit in it as well.
Before the crowds arrived I let her drive it backwards and forwards to line it up. Her first time using a clutch and only stalled once.
