RE: Seeking owner of Mk1 Ruby BKX 722 - Ashleyvincent - 29-03-2019 Hi, There was nothing to suggest that the body and chassis were incorrect on BKX 722 when in my friends possession. It was taxed, insured and MOT several times whilst in his possession. It is a mystery to me why the number was apparently switched to a later car for the making of "Year of the Comet". Regards, Ashley RE: Seeking owner of Mk1 Ruby BKX 722 - JonE - 29-03-2019 could it have been because they needed two cars for the film... in case one broke etc. number plates just duplicated for "another Ruby"? RE: Seeking owner of Mk1 Ruby BKX 722 - Zetomagneto - 29-03-2019 filmĀ makers breaking the law,Surely not! RE: Seeking owner of Mk1 Ruby BKX 722 - Ashleyvincent - 29-03-2019 Hi Jon, that's probably the reason! THere were several duplicate Bond cars and also Chittys I believe! Regards, Ashley |
